Real strength isn't built on fancy machines. It is built on the floor, under a heavy barbell, with perfect form. If you want to stop guessing and start lifting, you are in the right place.

A heavy sumo deadlift in action. This lift is a staple in my programs for building a powerful back, glutes, and hamstrings. Notice my client in the background; I am always watching, ensuring form is perfect for both safety and results.

The barbell overhead press is a true test of shoulder strength and stability. This is a key compound movement for building powerful deltoids that create the V-taper essential for a bodybuilding physique.

This is a 210kg hip thrust. This exercise is one of the best for building powerful glutes, which contributes to a stronger squat, a better deadlift, and a more complete lower body look on stage.

The setup for a deadlift is everything. This video shows the focus on grip, stance, and mental preparation before pulling heavy weight. Every detail matters when you are training for maximum strength.

This session combines the barbell bench press for raw power with the incline dumbbell press for targeting the upper chest. Using both free weights is crucial for developing a full, thick, and well-rounded pectoral region.

A glimpse into a full leg workout. The session is built around heavy compound movements like the barbell squat and Romanian Deadlift (RDL) to build a solid foundation of size and strength in the lower body.

About The Foundation: Heavy Compound Lifts

Stop worrying about how you look on social media and start worrying about your technique. Every rep of a deadlift or squat needs to be executed with precision, because that is where the growth happens. Whether you are pulling 100kg or 200kg, if your form breaks, the set ends. I am always watching for those small errors in grip or stance that keep you from moving more weight safely.

Building a championship physique requires more than just showing up to the gym. It requires a commitment to the fundamentals. My programs focus on heavy compound movements—squats, deadlifts, and overhead presses—because they are the only way to build genuine density and power.

Why We Focus on Compounds

Isolation exercises have their place, but they don't build the foundation. When you squat, you engage your entire body, not just your legs. When you deadlift, you build the back thickness required for a stage-ready physique. We work on progressive overload, meaning we constantly challenge your muscles to move more weight over time.

Where We Train

I conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions at 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj and Greater Kailash (GK2). These gyms provide the environment you need—no distractions, just high-quality equipment and the right atmosphere to push your limits.

My Philosophy: Iron Never Lies

There are no shortcuts in bodybuilding. You will have days where you feel weak and days where you want to quit. Those are the days that matter. If you are training for a competition or just trying to reach a new personal best, my coaching helps you stay disciplined, track your progress, and correct your lifting mechanics.

Remember, if you quit, everyone was right about you. If you are ready to put in the work and stop playing around, let’s get started.
