Competitions are won from the back. We build massive thickness and separation with heavy, calculated lifts, creating the powerful lower body you need to dominate the stage.

This is a snapshot of a leg and back focused workout. It includes dumbbell rows for back thickness, barbell squats for overall leg mass, and leg extensions for quad separation.

A complete leg destruction workout. The session includes heavy barbell squats, leg presses for volume, barbell lunges for stability and glute activation, and deadlifts to finish the posterior chain.

This back and arms session shows heavy T-bar rows to build a thick middle back, followed by preacher curls to isolate the biceps. This is how we build a physique that looks impressive from every angle.

Here I am coaching a client through heavy deadlifts and dumbbell rows. My role is to ensure proper form and push them to lift heavier, which is essential for building a championship-winning back.

A typical back training day. The workout includes various rows and pulldowns to target the lats and middle back, creating the width and thickness needed to stand out on stage.

Even the toughest training has its lighter moments. Here, a client jokes about my name for this exercise, but the work is serious. This is a variation of a bent-over row to build back density.

This session combines heavy rack pulls to overload the back muscles with tricep work like overhead extensions. This pairing allows for efficient training to build overall upper body mass.

About Building a Championship Back & Legs

I don’t believe in random volume. In my sessions, we focus on heavy rack pulls for back thickness and controlled, high-volume leg sets that prioritize muscle separation over just moving weight. If you're coming to me, be ready for intensity—the kind that makes you want to quit, but forces you to grow.

The Championship Standard

Competitions aren't won with light sets and trendy movements. A winning physique demands a back that looks like a map of veins and legs that command attention the moment you walk on stage. That’s what we build. It is not for the casual gym-goer; it is for those who are willing to put in the sacrifice.

Back Training Strategy

We start with the foundation—heavy rows and deadlift variations. Whether it’s T-bar rows for that thick middle back or rack pulls to overload the posterior chain, the goal is density. I don’t let clients skate by with easy reps; we focus on the squeeze and the stretch. If your back isn't thick, you're not ready. We even incorporate movements I like to call 'Dead Rows' to keep the intensity high when your energy fades.

Leg Development

Legs define the separation. I use a mix of high-volume leg presses and heavy barbell squats to build quads that have distinct sweep and hamstrings that tie into the glutes. It’s not just about squats; it’s about stability, stance, and pushing through that final set when your legs are shaking. As I always say, 'Iron never lies.'

Personalized Coaching

Whether you are training with me at 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj or GK2, or working with me remotely, the intensity remains the same. You get direct access to my programming, video form checks, and nutrition adjustments. Mahakal's blessings are there, but the work is yours. If you’re serious about stepping on stage in Delhi or anywhere else, I provide the roadmap. But the sweat? That’s all you.
