My bodybuilding journey isn't just about the trophies; it's about coming back from severe leg surgery to win gold three times in a row. I don’t believe in excuses. I built this path from nothing. When I talk about discipline, I am not quoting a textbook. I am speaking about the months I spent on rehab, the mental toll of low-calorie prep diets, and the pressure of competing on the state stage.
My gym in Madhugiri is an extension of that mindset. Whether you are walking through our doors as a complete beginner or an athlete prepping for a show, the standards are the same. We focus on 'Hypertrophy and Muscle Building' through heavy iron and strict form correction.
- My Approach: I don't give you a plan and walk away. I am there for every set, spotting your heavy lifts and fixing your posture.
- The Adda: We have two dedicated floors—cardio and strength—and an in-house diet cafe. Nutrition is sorted here; no drama, just results.
