This is my own transformation. I’ve walked the path from where you might be to where you want to go. I don’t just coach the change, I’ve lived it. This is the foundation of my fat loss and muscle gain programs.

This is what building raw power looks like. A 180kg deadlift for reps. My strength training programs are built on pushing limits and mastering foundational lifts for serious results.

I track your progress daily, not monthly. Whether we are reviewing your deadlift form via video or adjusting your macro-nutrients for a fat loss phase, you get immediate feedback. We do not guess. I do not sell magic pills or quick fixes. Every transformation you see here happened because of a consistent, brutal commitment to the process. Whether it is heavy powerlifting, functional bodyweight circuits, or targeted bodybuilding, I provide the structure and the push. The rest is up to your discipline.

The Hybrid Model: Bangalore & Online

I coach clients in two ways. For those in Bangalore, we train at Silhouette Fitness in Banashankari. We focus on heavy compound lifts, safety, and real-time form correction. For my online clients, the standard is just as high. You get custom workout schedules, macro-nutrient calculations, and weekly video check-ins. If you are a self-disciplined client, my remote program is designed to keep you accountable regardless of your location.
