Our kitchen team spends weeks testing every global dish against our core standards of taste before it makes it to your buffet. When we serve pasta or tacos, we make sure they sit comfortably alongside our traditional Indian dishes without clashing, ensuring every guest finds something familiar and something new to enjoy.
While our roots in South Indian cuisine are deep, our kitchen is always evolving.
