Traditional Banana Leaf Sit-Down
Service Style
- Traditional Setup: Guests are served course-by-course on a fresh, full-sized banana leaf.
- Staff: Uniformed waiters in traditional attire with a 1:12 staff-to-guest ratio for rapid refills.
The Menu
- Welcome: 200ml branded water bottle, salt, pickle, and papad.
- Starters & Sides: 2 vegetable palya types, kosambari salad, and 1 fried item (Ambode or Vada).
- Main Course: Bisibelebath or Puliyogare, plus unlimited steamed Sona Masoori rice.
- Gravies: Udupi-style Sambar (sweet-spicy), pepper Rasam, and Dal.
- Rich Additions: Generous pure Nandini ghee, thick set curd, and spiced buttermilk.
- Sweets: 1 liquid dessert (Payasam) and 1 solid ghee sweet (Mysore Pak or Holige).

- Includes a special Vegetable Uttapam or Mini Masala Dosa served directly on the leaf.
- Includes post-meal cleanup of the leaf.
