For us, it’s not just food, it’s a bit of drama, a lot of nostalgia, and plenty of flavor. My family has been at this since 1953, and with every event, I try to bring in something fresh from our tradition. Our live stations? They’re all about giving you a show, not just a meal.

What I Bring to the Table

• South Indian classics: That live dosa counter with our special Mayyas ghee? Trust me, people keep coming back for second helpings.
• Chaats & street food: The energy at a chaat stall is unbeatable - we just make sure it’s clean and fun.
• Veg grilling: Pineapple, aloo, capsicum, all sizzling. Yes, “veg alli kooda ishtu varieties madabahudu” (even in veg, so many varieties can be made).
• A bit global: Pasta tossed fresh, dim sum steaming, tacos with all the trimmings.
• Grazing tables: For the chill scenes, brunches or mingling evenings.

Mocktail bar is always buzzing. We do grown-up drinks and even set up a mini bar just for the kids - all fresh, colorful, and totally Instagrammable.

Fun Desserts

Fire paan (yes, actual fire), Turkish ice cream with a bit of drama, and fruit displays that look almost too good to eat.
