Station Varieties
- South Indian Live: Preparation of 3 varieties including Masala Dosa (with signature red chutney), Ghee Roast, and Thatte Idli or Paddu.
- Chaat Counter: Interactive assembly of 4-5 items including Pani Puri, Sev Puri, Dahi Puri, and Aloo Tikki Chaat.
- Condiments: Unlimited coconut chutney, sambar, sweet tamarind chutney, and fine sev.
Ingredients & Hygiene
- Cooking Medium: 100% pure Ghee used generously for all Dosa preparations.
- Water Quality: Pani Puri water is exclusively prepared using filtered mineral water.
- Presentation: High-quality arecanut (palm leaf) plates or melamine quarter plates used for service.
