Experience movement that feels like untying knots in your body. Our Gyrotonic method uses fluid, circular exercises to help you regain spinal mobility and functional strength.

The Arch and Curl series is fundamental to Gyrotonic training. Here, I am guiding a client through the movement, ensuring her spine articulates correctly to release tension, stimulate the nervous system, and improve her overall body awareness and flexibility.

This clip shows a client performing the Arch and Curl on the Gyrotonic machine. This exercise is excellent for mobilizing the spine, opening the chest, and stimulating the heart and lungs through controlled, rhythmic breathing.

A client works through a spinal rotation exercise on the Gyrotonic equipment. These twisting movements are key for improving torso mobility, strengthening the obliques, and enhancing coordination between the upper and lower body.

Here is another view of the Arch and Curl movement. Notice how the entire body is engaged, creating a wave-like motion that de-stresses the spine and builds integrated strength from the core outwards.

This client is demonstrating a variation of the Arch and Curl, focusing on opening the hips while maintaining spinal articulation. This helps improve flexibility in the lower body and strengthens the connection to the core.

A client performs a dynamic spiral movement on the Gyrotonic machine. This exercise sequence is designed to improve coordination, awaken the nervous system, and build functional strength through fluid, continuous motion.

Here I am providing hands-on assistance to ensure proper spinal alignment during a dynamic Gyrotonic exercise. This personalized correction helps improve muscle function, balance, and coordination for a safer and more effective workout.

This video demonstrates the Chest Pelvis Lift combined with Curl Ups and Crossover movements. This sequence is part of the Gyrotonic Arch Series and is excellent for deep core activation, improving pelvic stability, and increasing body awareness.

The Dolphin Reverse is a graceful yet powerful Gyrotonic exercise. This clip shows the initial phase, where the focus is on spinal articulation and engaging the hamstrings to lift the legs, promoting posterior chain strength.

Continuing the Dolphin Reverse, this sequence shows the controlled lowering of the legs. This part of the exercise builds core strength and pelvic stability, teaching the body to move with fluid control.

About The Gyrotonic Method in Action

Most people think Gyrotonic is just another machine workout, but it is really about untying the knots in your spine. When you use our Pulley Tower, you aren't just pushing weights, you are moving in spirals. This gives your joints the space they need to breathe and helps you feel lighter immediately after the session.

I brought the Gyrotonic Expansion System to India because I wanted people to feel free in their bodies, not just follow another fitness trend. This method is three-dimensional, fluid, and structured differently from your standard Pilates or gym routine.

Why it works

In our Bandra and Chembur studios, we focus on the Arch and Curl series. This movement is fundamental to mobilizing the spine, opening the chest, and stimulating your nervous system. By using the specialized Pulley Tower and our rare Jump-Stretch Board, we allow your body to move with the machine, not against it. It is about restoring balance, improving your posture, and strengthening the muscles that support your daily life.

Your journey with us

We do not believe in cookie-cutter sessions. Whether you are coming in for a private 1-on-1 session or a duet training with a partner, I want you to feel supported. My approach is simple: I am here to guide you, celebrate your effort, and help you find your own flow. Even if you start off feeling stiff or uncoordinated, do not worry. As I always say, 'thoda bhi nahi kar paye but kiya'—even if you couldn't do much, you still did it. That is what truly matters. We work hard, we 'kill it', but we also make sure you leave the studio feeling connected and less tense than when you walked in.
