About Peak Performance Conditioning
You won't find us spending the whole hour just rallying. We integrate ladder drills, bodyweight strength, and circuit training because explosive movement is the difference between reaching a smash and watching it pass. Our conditioning program at SP Sports Academy is designed to bridge the gap between casual play and competitive performance.
We focus on three core areas:
- Agility and Footwork: Through ladder drills, shuttle runs, and shadow practice, we build the speed required to cover the four corners of the court.
- Strength and Explosive Power: We utilize bodyweight exercises like push-ups, burpees, and lunges to improve core stability and hitting power.
- Endurance: Our circuit training and HIIT sessions keep your heart rate up, ensuring you stay sharp and energized from the first point to match point.
We do not believe in one-size-fits-all training. Using our sports technology partners and regular movement assessments, we track your progress. Whether you are training at our Vasant Vihar club, Kalpataru Paramount, or in our batches at Bhandup, the intensity is adjusted to your current level.
