Badminton is a game of quick reflexes and explosive bursts. At Navodaya Badminton Academy, our fitness regimen is integrated into your technical training. We do not just run laps. We focus on sport-specific conditioning: agility ladder drills on uneven surfaces for stability, multi-shuttle training with resistance bands for explosive power, and heavy lifting, such as deadlifts and row variations, to build the core and back strength needed for powerful overhead smashes.
