It is not just about hitting shuttles. We focus on the 'why'—mastering the toss and lift before any smash. This is why you will see our youngest students at Vasant Vihar Club and Pawar Public School perfecting their grip and footwork early, preventing bad habits before they take root.
We run our junior foundation program across key locations like Vasant Vihar Club, Kalpataru Paramount, and Piramal Vaikunth, ensuring that high-quality badminton training is accessible. Our approach is not just about fun. It is about structure. Kids start with agility ladder drills and bodyweight conditioning to build athleticism, followed by rigorous practice on grip mechanics and proper swing paths.
We use Mavis 350 shuttles for durability and consistency, helping beginners focus on building a clean toss and a controlled lift. Our NIS-certified coaches keep a tight 1:12 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures every child gets individual correction. We do not just teach shots; we teach how to move. You will see this in our shadow practice and multi-shuttle feeding drills, which are designed to build muscle memory without the pressure of full-match play.
As students progress, they move into more complex drills. We introduce tactical movement and game scenarios only after the basics are rock solid. Whether it is at our Bhandup center or our Thane branches, the goal remains the same: fostering a love for the game while developing the technical foundation required to compete. We are preparing them for the long haul, not just the next tournament.
