Competitive & Fitness Focus
- Junior Foundation: We start kids aged 7 and up with fundamental footwork and swing mechanics. The goal is to build a love for the game first, then refine the skills for tournament readiness.
- Adult Fitness & Skill: If you are here to get fit, expect high-intensity cardio mixed with tactical doubles play. It is about getting a solid workout while correcting your form to prevent injury.
- Advanced Performance: For our competitive players, we run daily sessions using feather shuttles to replicate tournament environments, focusing on complex shot combinations and match simulations.
Coaching Philosophy
Our coaches are on the court with you. From warm-ups to multi-shuttle feeding drills, we provide consistent feedback. If your energy drops, you will hear us calling out to keep you moving. We operate out of multiple locations across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area, including Thane, Bhandup, and Airoli, making it easier for you to join a batch close to home.
