We don't just run; we train with intent. Our SSS method blends scientific biomechanics with raw grit to build your strength, speed, and stability.

A full-squad circuit session in action. Athletes move through various stations focusing on plyometric jumps, agility, and coordination, building a well-rounded athletic base.

This is the work that goes on behind the scenes. I focus on correcting posture and form during strength drills to maximize power output and prevent injuries.

About this collection

The SSS method isn't just about training harder; it’s about training with precision. Whether you’re struggling with your block start or landing, we break down your movement into biomechanical parts. You aren't just running laps here; you're using agility ladders, Bosu balls, and hurdle drills to fix your stride and build a foundation that actually holds up under competition pressure.

Building the Foundation: SSS

Our coaching at the University Sports Pavilion in Marine Lines is built on the SSS protocol: Strength, Speed, and Stability. We move away from generic fitness and focus on the technical requirements of track and field.

  • Strength: We go beyond basic lifting. You’ll work with parachute resistance, plyometric box jumps, and core-stabilization exercises. The goal is explosive power—teaching your muscles to fire when you need it most on the track.
  • Speed: This is about mechanics. We use biomechanical analysis to correct your stride length and frequency. If you are wasting energy with poor form, we fix it.
  • Stability: This is where we prevent injuries. By using ABC drills (Agility, Balance, Coordination) and working with balance boards, we ensure your joints and ligaments are ready for the high-impact nature of sprinting and jumping.

Why Marine Lines?

Training in an all-weather environment like our Marine Lines base allows us to keep the grind going, rain or shine. We focus on the 'work that goes behind'—the hours of hurdle walkovers and posture correction that people don't see on race day.

Ek Yuddh Apne Hi Viruddh

At the end of the day, it is you vs. you. Whether you are a national-level aspirant working on your 100m sprint or a Masters athlete looking to smash a personal record, the methodology remains the same: identify the bottleneck, fix the technique, and repeat. We provide the structure; you provide the discipline.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start training with a purpose, come down to the track. Let’s get to work.
