Parents often ask if their child needs prior experience to join our gym, and the answer is always no. Whether your child is just learning to balance or is already trying to master a back handspring, we meet them exactly where they are. Our coaches focus on 'spotting'—providing physical, hands-on support—so kids can practice advanced movements like vaulting or bar work in a safe, controlled way that builds their confidence rather than their fear of falling.
How We Build Little Athletes
At Sportyze, we believe that fitness should feel like play, not a chore. This is why our classes are designed to be dynamic—you won't find our students doing the same repetitive drills every day. We combine gymnastics training with structured obstacle courses that keep kids engaged, agile, and excited to return.
Our Training Approach
We divide our progression into stages so every child finds their rhythm:
- Toddlers (18m - 3.5y): We focus on motor skills, balance, and social interaction using soft play equipment.
- Recreational (4y - 14y): This is where we build the foundation—cartwheels, bridges, and strength training.
- Competitive (Prime): For those ready to level up, we offer intensive sessions in Indirapuram, Noida, and Gurugram, focusing on routine construction and competition etiquette.
Safety First
We know that for parents, safety is the number one concern. That is why our centers in Delhi NCR are equipped with full EVA padded flooring, air tracks, and professional crash mats. Our coaches are trained not just in gymnastics, but in how to explain movements to children. You will hear them correcting form with simple, real-time advice like "knees andar rakho achhe se" (keep your knees in, properly), which ensures kids learn the right technique without getting overwhelmed by jargon.
