My signature Besan Block, made with pure desi ghee and loaded with premium almonds and pistachios. This was part of a special Rakshabandhan order, packed in a beautiful turquoise box, ready to be gifted with love.

A custom wedding hamper created for the #snehkayog wedding. This beautiful box was filled with my signature Panjiri, a variety of flavoured dry fruits, and tangy Aam Papad candy, all personalised for the happy couple.

Here is a peek into my kitchen as I prepare a fresh batch of Masala Gud. I mix pure jaggery with hand-pounded spices and roast lots of nuts in desi ghee. The aroma itself is pure nostalgia.

I am so grateful to handle large corporate orders. Here are over 300 boxes of my Besan Block, all packed and ready for a client's Diwali gifting. It shows that even a small home business can deliver big orders with lots of love.

A new addition that has quickly become a favourite, my Besan ke Ladoo. Each one is perfectly round, ekdum danedar (perfectly granular), and made with the best desi ghee, just like my dadi used to make.
