We do not rush the process; we slow-cook the carrots and dal in pure Desi Ghee exactly the way my father Sultan Singh ji did back in 1925. It is not just about the sugar, it is about that deep, slow-roasted flavor that you simply cannot replicate with high-speed machinery.
