What We’re About
I see kids bursting with energy every single day. Instead of screens, why not channel that energy into something real? My sessions are designed for you and your child to move, laugh, and build memories together. Fitness isn't a chore here - it’s a way for families to bond and just have fun. You don’t need to be a pro, just willing to jump in.
What Happens in a Session?
Every session is a mix of parent-child fitness games and sports play. You’ll find yourself crawling through obstacle courses, tugging ropes, and doing plank challenges next to your little one. Sometimes it gets competitive, sometimes it’s all about teamwork, but it’s always about participation. We keep it simple - relay races, parachute games, basketball face-offs. No boring drills, just active play sessions for children and parents side by side.
Who Can Join?
If your kid is anywhere between 3 and 12, you’re good to go. I’ve seen everyone from hyper dads to sporty grandmas take part. Doesn’t matter if you’ve never played a sport before - just show up and try. Like I say, "Ab tu bhag Milkha!" (Now, run Milkha, run!), because that first step is what counts.
Family Show Moments
A few times a year, we host our 'Parents & Kids Show'. It's a celebration - parents and kids together, showing off what they've learned, having friendly competitions, and plenty of cheering. For us, family sports bonding is all about sharing the spotlight and the fun.

My Story
Namaste from Speedupkids! You know, we’re all about that grassroots magic – where kids laugh, run, fall, and get right back up. We’re more like a big family than an academy. We play, we celebrate Diwali, Holi, birthdays, even moms join in the fun. Jab parents bolte hain (when parents say) their kids are more confident and strong, bas, that’s our real trophy. Saare jahaan se achha Hindustan hamara!
My Work
Multi-sport, all fun - Kids (3-12) try everything - Basketball, Football, Cricket, Rugby, Gymnastics, Dodge Ball, Hula Hoop, Tug-of-War and more.
Parent-child & birthday sessions - We do parent-child fitness sessions and even sports-themed birthday parties. Everyone joins in!
How we train - Our mantra? Run, jump, play, repeat! Basics, body balancing for children, sportsmanship, and lots of smiles.
All kids, all levels - Different age groups, English/Hindi speaking coaches, safe space, own centers and school tie-ups. Just bring your energy.
