A curated collection of our work, spanning intricate Mughal-era haveli restoration and modern, high-performance office design.

This is Haveli Dharampura, a 19th-century Mughal-era gem I had the privilege of restoring. Once a crumbling structure in Old Delhi, it has been brought back to life as a stunning boutique hotel, earning recognition from NDTV Travel and UNESCO for its blend of old-world charm and modern luxury.

For the AMG Real Estate Office, I transformed a challenging basement space into a dramatic, modern lobby. The design uses an open-plan layout and a striking staircase to create a sense of openness and aesthetic harmony, setting a sophisticated tone from the moment of entry.

This shows the profound journey of Haveli Dharampura, from a near-ruin to a fully restored architectural landmark. This transformation, which took over six years, is a testament to my belief in reviving our past for a vibrant future.

A guest suite in the Golden Haveli, our second major restoration project in Chandni Chowk. The design connects the room to the central courtyard, blending traditional Mughal architectural details with the comforts of a modern boutique hotel, a project recognized by The Merit List.

My design process always begins with a hand-drawn sketch. This video shows the conceptual journey of the MD's cabin at the AMG office, from the initial drawing to the final, fully realized space, highlighting how a simple idea evolves into a tangible structure.

I am honored to be featured on the cover of Surfaces Reporter magazine as one of India's "Design Trailblazers." This recognition reflects my team's unwavering passion and our shared commitment to pushing the boundaries of architectural design and conservation.

The rooftop terrace at Haveli Dharampura, designed to be an experience in itself. The 'Barah Dhari' structure offers a place for quiet reflection or dining, with magnificent views of Old Delhi's historic skyline, including Jama Masjid and the Red Fort.

This is the breakout space in my own studio, Spaces Architects.KA. I designed it as a refreshing, informal area to foster creativity and collaboration, reflecting my philosophy that a workspace should be as inspiring as it is functional.

About Featured

We believe architecture is a spatial story, whether we are reviving a centuries-old haveli in Old Delhi or engineering a dynamic workspace in a challenging basement. Our approach begins with hand-sketched concepts, ensuring that material integrity and spatial fluidity remain at the core of every project, regardless of its scale.
