We believe spaces hold stories, not just walls. Explore a selection of our favorite projects where history and modern living find a quiet balance.

This is the heartbeat of my studio. When I found this 80-year-old home, it had been silent for 40 years, but its soul was waiting. I chose not to erase its past but to listen to it, restoring the original staircase and floors while breathing new life into the walls. This space is a testament to my belief that old buildings have stories that deserve a new voice.

For a contemporary home in Dhaka, we created a space that felt both grand and intimate. The double-height windows flood the room with light, illuminating the blend of modern furniture and traditional textures, like the exposed brick wall and handwoven rug. It’s a space designed for conversations, where the old world and the new can meet.

This Calcutta living room was designed to hold a family's energy and memories. We kept the soul of their old bungalow by using warm woods, patterned heritage tiles, and pops of color like this red console. The goal was to create a space that feels generous and grounded, where stories can be passed down for generations.

The exterior of my studio tells a story of revival. The salmon-pink facade, traditional jaali work, and classic wooden windows were carefully restored to honor the building's original character. It stands as a quiet reminder that with patience and love, forgotten spaces can find their purpose again.

Bathrooms are mood-lifters, and this one was designed to feel both timeless and playful. By combining bold, graphic tiles with soft pink and warm wood, we created a personal sanctuary within a larger family home. It shows how thoughtful detailing can transform even the most functional spaces into something special.

Every restoration begins with a conversation between what was and what will be. Here, you see the journey unfolding. The raw, textured walls hold the memory of the past, while the newly laid geometric tiles signal the start of a new chapter. This is the beautiful, messy process of bringing a story back to life.

In designing this home for Kangana Ranaut, we created a sanctuary that was true to her Himachali roots. The space is layered with rustic textures, a hand-aged color palette, and personal collections, creating a home that feels both timeless and deeply personal. It was a journey of translating her story into a physical space.

When we take on a project, we never start by wiping the slate clean. Instead, we listen to the building. Whether it is an 80-year-old home in Bandra or a bungalow in Calcutta, we focus on identifying the original architectural bones—like lime plaster, wooden beams, or stained glass—that deserve to be kept. Our process is about revealing what is already there, adding layers that feel honest and lived-in, rather than imposing a new look that has no history.

This teal conference room at Maddock Films is one of my favorite creations because it challenges the idea of a typical boardroom. I envisioned a bold, versatile space for both daytime meetings and intimate evening dinners, using a rich, monochromatic color scheme and a grand solid wood table to create an atmosphere that is both luxurious and deeply inviting.8
For the expansive central lounge at the new Maddock office, I chose to create several intimate seating areas instead of one large one. This approach encourages smaller, more personal conversations, turning a large hall into a series of warm, inviting corners for creative collaboration, all anchored by timeless wall paneling and a classic crystal chandelier.
Designing a clinic requires a delicate balance between luxury and tranquility. In this waiting lounge for Ra Clinic, I used a base of soft, neutral tones and clean lines, then introduced pops of vibrant color through the client's personal art collection. The result is a space that feels more like a serene, upscale living room than a clinical waiting area.

A home nestled within the Coorg hills, glowing softly as the sun sets over the Western Ghats. This is the essence of my work: creating architecture that doesn't just sit on the land, but grows from it, becoming part of the landscape's timeless story.8
The Tree House in Delhi, captured at twilight. Here, architecture becomes a form of nature itself, with a perforated metal canopy that filters light like the leaves of a great tree, creating a sanctuary of dappled light and profound quiet in the heart of the city.
An open-air living space in our award-winning Coorg project, where the boundaries between inside and outside dissolve. A simple swing becomes a vessel for experience, offering a front-row seat to the valley's shifting moods, from morning mist to evening calm.
The mezzanine lounge of the Dream Coffee Estate, a sanctuary held within a soaring terracotta roof. Light pours in from glass skylights and large windows, illuminating the warmth of the wood and creating a space for quiet contemplation, high above the forest floor.

This is a glimpse into the redesign of the iconic Gallops Banquet Hall at the Mahalaxmi Racecourse. My vision was to create a space that feels both grand and versatile. The dramatic black and white marble flooring, combined with rustic wooden beams and magnificent crystal chandeliers, provides a timeless canvas for any significant event.8
For the Parsi Dairy Farm renovation, I wanted to create a space that felt familiar yet fresh. This gifting zone, with its custom red cabinetry and floral upholstered chairs, is a cozy corner where customers can assemble hampers or enjoy a treat. It’s a perfect example of blending charming, old-world features with a clean, modern aesthetic.
Designing an office is about creating a space that is both productive and inspiring. For this workspace at One Place Lodha, I focused on a sophisticated, warm atmosphere using rich wood tones, classic English-style decor, and carefully selected furniture. The goal was to make it feel less like a corporate office and more like a refined, comfortable study.
A lobby is the first impression of a building, and it needs to make a statement. In the Bellevue lobby, I used a bold, intricate marble inlay on the floor and a massive, ornate mirror to create a sense of opulence and grandeur. It’s a space designed to feel luxurious from the moment you step inside.

This living room embodies my minimalist philosophy where less is more. I used a palette of warm terracotta and soft neutrals to create a peaceful atmosphere, while the arched recesses and sculptural coffee table add character without overwhelming the space, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out.
The Skylight apartment building in Chembur is a testament to timeless design rooted in materiality and natural light. The facade is designed with integrated planters and rhythmic detailing to create a warm and engaging experience for residents and pedestrians alike.
In this reception space, I created a powerful first impression through the juxtaposition of materials. The bold, veined marble of the desk contrasts beautifully with the warm timber tones, while sculptural lighting adds a sense of rhythm and balance to the refined entry experience.

We designed this expansive living area to be a sanctuary that embraces its natural surroundings. The double-height glass walls dissolve the boundary between indoors and out, flooding the space with light and offering uninterrupted mountain views, while the combination of rich hardwood and black marble flooring defines distinct functional zones.10
This double-height living room is a study in verticality and texture. We used towering, backlit panels with organic patterns to draw the eye upward, creating a sense of grandeur, while the plush, contemporary sofas arranged for conversation provide a grounded, comfortable core to the space.
A staircase can be more than just a connection between floors; it can be the heart of a home. We designed this sculptural, spiral staircase with black marble treads and a flowing brass balustrade, turning a functional element into a central piece of art that is dramatic from every angle.
For the historic Bangalore Club, we focused on restoring its colonial grandeur while updating it for modern use. This dining area features high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, classic wood-paneled walls, and custom patterned floor tiles that honor the club's 150-year legacy.
