Yoga is not just exercise; it is an inner journey. If you are ready for real parivartan (change), I am here to guide you with the discipline, focus, and alignment needed to transform your practice.

This is where the real work happens. I provide direct, hands-on assistance to ensure your alignment is perfect and you can safely explore the full depth of each balancing asana, like this standing split, Svarga Dvijasana. This personal attention helps build core strength and focus.

Using wall ropes is a technique I focus on to build exceptional core strength and body control. Here, a student holds a challenging horizontal pose, which decompresses the spine and strengthens the entire back and abdominal muscles. This is not a shortcut, but a tool for achieving correct form.

Advanced backbending requires trust and the right technique. In this video, you can see how I use props like a chair and ropes to help students safely deepen their backbends, improving spinal flexibility and opening the heart center. This method ensures progress without injury.

The Scorpion Handstand, or Vrischikasana, is a peak posture that demands immense strength, balance, and flexibility. I guide my students through each stage, providing the necessary support to build their confidence and physical capacity for such advanced inversions.

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, or One-Legged King Pigeon Pose, is a deep hip and back opener. I work closely with each student, using straps and gentle adjustments to help them achieve the full expression of the pose, which is excellent for relieving sciatica and improving posture.

The discipline of yoga is not confined to the studio. This video shows a sequence of advanced poses, from arm balances to standing splits, practiced outdoors. This demonstrates the strength and focus that allows you to find your center anywhere.

As Sadhguru explains, maintaining your body's fundamental fitness is crucial. The ability to stand up from a seated position without using your hands is a simple test of your body's agility and strength. This is the kind of functional fitness we build through consistent yoga practice.

I don't teach 'easy' yoga. I use specific props like wall ropes, iron chairs, and belts to correct your alignment and build strength safely. Whether you are dealing with chronic back pain or aiming for a Vrischikasana, we focus on technical precision so you don't just do the pose—you embody it.
