I do not just toss dough and flip patties. Every burger gets a perfectly fried egg and crispy bacon, while my pizzas feature that vibrant pesto and goat cheese kick that you will not find at any boring chain.
People often ask why my burgers are always this messy. It is because I refuse to compromise on the toppings. A juicy patty, that signature fried egg, and crispy bacon do not fit nicely into a box, and neither should you. My pizzas are the same story. I layer them with sun-dried tomatoes, sharp feta, and house-made pesto because bland food is a crime against humanity.
