Fresh Sandwiches, Wraps, and Desi Burgers
From blowtorched cheesy sandwiches to crispy paneer wraps, satisfy those 2 am hunger pangs with my fresh, street-style snacks.
Here's a look at my grilled sandwich being made. I stuff it with a mix of corn, paneer, and chopped vegetables, add plenty of sauce, and then press it on a hot grill until the outside is crispy and marked with classic grill lines.
My Saucy Paneer Wrap is both crunchy and spicy. It's filled with crispy coated paneer, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and a generous amount of tandoori mayonnaise, all wrapped in a soft, grilled tortilla.
This Pizza Bread Toast is a quick and delicious snack I make. I top a slice of bread with pizza sauce, chopped veggies, and crumbled paneer, then toast it until the toppings are cooked and bubbly. It's like a mini pizza, ready in minutes.
This is my signature blowtorched cheesy sandwich, and it's a customer favourite for a reason. I stack multiple layers with fresh fillings and lots of cheese, then grill it and finish with a blowtorch for that perfectly melted, smoky crust. It's the ultimate indulgent street food snack.
This is my take on a Desi Burger, made the authentic street way. I grill the aloo tikki patty and bun on a hot tawa, then assemble it with fresh onions, tomatoes, and my special blend of sweet and spicy chutneys.
About Sandwiches, Wraps & More
When you order a sandwich here, I don't just toast it. I stack the layers with fresh veggies, spread a generous coat of eggless mayo, and finish it with a culinary blowtorch right on the grill. This gives the cheese that perfectly melted, smoky crust you usually find only at the best street-side stalls.
I started Pindi's Kitchen because I wanted to bring back those authentic Delhi street food vibes that hit the spot, especially when hunger strikes late at night. My menu is designed for comfort and ease, keeping things simple and fresh.
The Pindi Style
My sandwiches are jumbo and stuffed with sweet corn, chopped capsicum, and onions. I avoid the 'frozen' taste wherever I can, relying on a tawa-style grill for my burgers and wraps to get that smoky depth. If you pick the Paneer Wrap, you'll get a crunch from the cornflake-coated paneer that pairs perfectly with the spicy tandoori mayo.
Why Choose My Snacks?
- Freshness First: No pre-packaged frozen snacks here. My aloo tikki for the Desi Burger is grilled fresh on the tawa, never deep-fried in advance.
- Late Night Ready: I know the struggle of finding good food at 2 am. I keep my kitchen running late so you don't have to settle for boring options.
- Value for Money: I keep prices economical, from my ₹40 street-style chaat items to my ₹250 loaded platters, because good food should be for everyone.
Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch or ordering in for a movie night, my goal is to give you that familiar 'ghar jaisa' (home-like) taste with a street-style twist. Just let me know if you want it extra spicy or need a little less cheese.
