What's for dinner tonight? How about some handmade pasta? From creamy Carmelle to rich tomato-based sauces, each dish is crafted with care and served with a glass of wine.

My pasta doesn't come from a box. From the rich Pappardelle Lamb Bolognese to my vibrant green ravioli, I knead, roll, and cook every batch from scratch right here. Pair these with my signature Duck Confit or pan-seared fish if you're feeling fancy, but leave room for dessert, because that is not optional in my house.

Good food is a serious business, even if I don't take myself too seriously. In my kitchen, European dining gets a makeover. I’ve traveled far and wide to bring back recipes that actually taste like something. You won’t find mass-produced, rubbery noodles here. My team takes the time to hand-roll everything—from my signature Gnocchi to delicate farfalle—ensuring the texture is spot on before it hits your plate.

It isn't just about the carbs, darling. My mains are built for the hungry and the curious. Think slow-cooked Duck Confit that falls apart if you look at it the wrong way, or juicy poulet stacked on smashed potatoes. I source the freshest seafood I can find to make sure my pan-seared fish plates are as crisp and flavorful as they deserve to be.
