Each of my signature cocktails is a deliberate act of mischief. Whether it is the botanical spritz of a Ruby Myers or the precise, hand-shaken intensity behind my Espresso Martini, my team treats every glass as a vessel for a specific memory or secret I have picked up on my travels.
My bar is not just a place to drink, darling. It is where you come to misbehave, just a little bit. I have spent years collecting recipes, scandals, and curious spices, and I have poured them all into a menu that ignores the boring standard cocktail list.
When you pull up a chair at my Khan Market or Indiranagar outposts, you are not just getting a Gin and Tonic. You are getting a drink crafted by people who know that a garnish should be as vibrant as the conversation.
