Signature Story-Telling Cocktails
The Drink
- Volume & Pour: One standard signature cocktail containing approximately 60ml of premium base spirit (Gin, Tequila, Whiskey, or Vodka).
- Complex Mixology: Includes house-made infusions and syrups such as Curry leaf essence, Betel leaf sour mix, or Passionfruit reductions.
- Menu Examples: Access to signature drinks like the Cast Away Collins, Hotel Du Lac, Ruby Myers, or the Wild Cat of Bombay.
Presentation
- Theatrics: Elaborate presentation using dehydrated fruits, edible flowers, branded peel stamps, and sensory enhancements like edible perfume sprays.
- Ice: Use of clear, hand-cut block ice or high-density cubes to minimize dilution.
- Glassware: Served in eclectic vintage-style glassware including crystal coupes or signature teacups.
The 'Boho' Sunday Brunch Package
The Feast (Food)
- Duration: 4 Hours of service (typically 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM).
- Spread: Unlimited access to a curated menu including Sassy Pizzas, Burgers, Small Plates (Tapas), and live stations for Eggs, Waffles, and Grills.
- Dessert: Selection of cakes and tarts.
The Pour (Alcoholic Package)
- Cocktails: Unlimited pours of specific brunch cocktails such as Whisky Smash, Breakfast Bramble, Mimosas, Sangrias, and Gin & Tonics.
- Spirits & Brews: House pour Spirits (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Whisky) and Draught Beer.
- Exclusions: Does not include the top-tier signature cocktail menu.
Atmosphere
- Seating: Guaranteed table reservation during peak Sunday hours.
Global Tapas & Bar Bites
The Food
- Portion: One Small Plate or Appetizer portion (typically serves 1-2 people as a snack).
- Variety: Options range from spiced grills, Chicken liver pâté, and Barley salads to Sassy Pizzas and Sliders.
- Ingredients: Uses premium ingredients such as imported cheeses, cured meats, fresh seafood (prawns/calamari), and spices.
Service
- Pairing: Flavor profiles (salty, fatty, spicy) engineered to complement the acidity and sweetness of the cocktail menu.
- Plating: Artistic plating on custom ceramicware or wooden boards.
Zero-Proof Botanical Experience
The Drink
- Composition: One complex non-alcoholic cocktail (approx 200ml-250ml).
- Key Ingredients: Uses premium zero-proof spirits or house-made botanical reductions to replace alcohol.
- Flavor Profile: Features bitterness, spice, and herbal notes (e.g., Lemongrass, Hibiscus, Grapefruit zest) rather than just fruit sweetness.

Zero-Proof Mixology
Not everything at my bar needs booze. I teamed up with Catwalk Botanics for mocktails that slap - Light Foot and Stella By Starlight are favourites. They might be spirit-free but they’ve got full-blown character.
Themed Cocktail Nights & More
I switch things up constantly. Maybe it’s a Negroni week, maybe it’s Winter cocktails with hot chocolate. We celebrate everything - Holi, Christmas, random Tuesdays. Boho Brunches, mixology workshops, and Saturday house parties keep things unpredictable.
