Forget standard gym machines. We train with yokes, axle bars, and Zercher deadlifts to build raw, functional power that translates to the real world.

We finally have the Strongman Yoke, one of the most vital tools in strongman training. This implement is a clear representation of our love for all forms of strength training.

A 260kg yoke walk. This exercise builds incredible core strength, stability, and leg drive. It's a full-body movement that tests your physical and mental toughness.

A 190kg Zercher cycle at 85kg bodyweight. I did this with no shoes, no hype, and no support gear to prove that you can have a visible set of abs and incredible strength at the same time.

The single-arm Zercher deadlift at 110kg. The lack of center knurling made this even harder, but we don't make excuses. We get shit done.

This is what a dream team looks and feels like. We train together, and here we are doing heavy hip thrusts. It's not just a team, it's a brotherhood.

Most commercial gyms do not have a 300kg-rated yoke or bars designed for Zercher deadlifts because they are too specialized, but these are exactly what you need to stress your posterior chain properly.
