This is what raw, functional strength looks like. Here I am with a 300kg yoke walk for 50ft, with no belt or sleeves. I train the body to handle extreme loads because that’s how you build resilience that works inside and outside the gym.

Strength isn't just about lifting heavy, it's about being explosive. This 120kg power clean shows the speed and power we build. This is how you train to be an athlete, not just a lifter. Shabash!

The barbell squat is the foundation. Here’s a 160kg squat for two reps, at twice my bodyweight, completely beltless. I teach you to master these fundamentals with perfect technique because that’s where true, independent strength comes from.

Grip strength is a huge focus here, and it's a different beast altogether. This video breaks down the brutal difference between a 150kg axle bar deadlift and the Saxon bar. Your deadlift max is almost irrelevant; this is a true test of your hands.

I build athletes. We use tools like hurdles for dynamic hip mobility and plyometric drills to develop the explosive power and coordination used in competitive sports. This is about moving better, faster, and stronger.

People think you can't have visible abs and be seriously strong at the same time. That's nonsense. I don't skimp on eating, but I train with an intensity that builds both performance and a powerful physique. You can have both.
