About Sweet Endings & Sips
After the bold heat of our Bhoot Jolokia wings or Eromba, these desserts provide the perfect cool-down. We serve our coconut ice cream straight in the shell, just like you would find on the streets of Thailand, while our Blue Tea, sourced from Assam, offers a gentle, naturally caffeine-free finish to your meal.
While we are rooted in the flavours of the Northeast and the Himalayas, we believe a great meal is about balance. That is why we added a touch of Thai influence to our dessert menu—it cuts through the spice beautifully.
Thai-Inspired Refreshment Our Mango Sticky Rice is made with sweet, glutinous rice steamed with coconut milk. It is a simple, comforting combination that works because we use only ripe, seasonal mangoes. The Coconut Ice Cream is another favourite; we don't scoop it into bowls, we serve it in the coconut shell itself, topped with roasted peanuts and shavings for that authentic street-food experience.
Antioxidant-Rich Sips If you prefer something lighter than a dessert, our Aromica Blue Tea is a crowd-pleaser. Made from the Butterfly Pea flower sourced directly from Assam, it is naturally caffeine-free and famous for its vibrant blue hue. It is an earthy, refreshing drink that helps cleanse the palate and aids digestion after a heavy, savoury meal of momos or thukpa. Whether you are coming in for a full dinner or just a quick evening break in Juhu, these sweet endings and sips are designed to leave you feeling refreshed.
