Dessert is not just about sugar. I focus on balance, like the sweet and spice in my Mango Chilli cooler or the contrast between rose and kesar in my Rasmalai. When I set up a dessert station, it is not just food on a table. It is about how the glasses catch the light, the chill in the drink, and making sure the final bite of your party is as memorable as the first.

I treat the dessert and beverage section as a standalone experience, not just an afterthought. For weddings, I often suggest moving away from standard buffet sweets. Instead, I set up interactive stations where guests can engage with the food.
