Real Strength Training for Combat Athletes in Delhi
Stop chasing a pump that fades in an hour. Whether you are into MMA, BJJ, or just want functional power, I train you for real strength that lasts in the cage and on the mat.
Hear directly from UFC fighter Anshu Jubli. I have been his strength coach for a long time, building the functional power he needs to compete at the highest level of MMA.
Tarun Yadav, an 8-time National Jujutsu Champion, shares his experience training with me for nearly a decade. His results on the mat speak for themselves.
This is the foundation: the deadlift. I focus on perfect form and heavy singles to build the explosive power and posterior chain strength essential for any combat athlete.
This is the result of focusing on strength, not just pump. A strong back built with heavy squats and deadlifts is the engine for any grappler or MMA fighter.
The squat is a non-negotiable exercise in my programs. Here you can see a demonstration of a heavy barbell squat, a core movement for developing lower body power and stability.
This is my core belief. "Strength Training se tagde banoge, single body part wale workout se nahi." Real strength translates to performance, a temporary pump does not.
Training doesn't stop at the gym. I advise my athletes on sustainable nutrition, like intermittent fasting, to optimize performance, recovery, and body composition without following restrictive diets.
About this collection
Stop training for the mirror. I focus on heavy compound lifts like the deadlift and squat, the only movements that build actual power for the mat. If you want to stop gassing out in the cage and start moving real weight, this is the only approach that works.
Most gym workouts are a waste of time for fighters. You are either working for strength or you are playing games.
Why My Method Works
I strip away the bodybuilding fluff. There is no 'muscle isolation' here because in a fight, your body works as one unit. We focus on:
- The Big Three: Deadlift, Squat, and Bench Press. These are the foundations of every athlete I train.
- Heavy Singles: You won't find 15-rep sets here. To become strong, you need to lift heavy. We use powerlifting schemes adapted for combat athletes to build explosive power.
- No Ego: In my sessions, you leave the ego at the door. You might be a big guy in the gym, but here, we care about the weight on the bar and your form.
Proven Results
I don't just talk; I train fighters who compete at the highest level. From UFC fighter Anshu Jubli to 8-time National Jujutsu Champion Tarun Yadav, the athletes who trust my methods aren't looking for a 'beach body'—they are looking for a performance edge. If you are serious about combat sports and need a strength routine that actually translates to the cage, this is it. We handle form audits, load management, and even nutrition—specifically intermittent fasting—to ensure you are performing at your peak when it matters most.
