We don't train just to look good. We train to move faster, jump higher, and become an unstoppable force on the field. These drills are designed to build raw athletic power.

Using the plyo box is a great way to build explosive power. This video demonstrates several plyometric exercises, including depth jumps and high box jumps, to improve your overall athleticism.

Here are some explosive movements to increase your power. This sequence includes box jumps for vertical power and push presses for upper body explosiveness.

I use specific drills to improve acceleration and speed. This involves plyometric A-skips, kettlebell swings for hip drive, and split jerks to develop explosive power from the ground up.

To improve an athlete's overall performance, I focus on all energy systems. This includes speed drills, high-intensity cardio on the bike for endurance, and plyometric box jumps for explosive power.

This is what it means to be unstoppable. The workout combines high-speed running on the treadmill with explosive power cleans and front squats to build an athlete that can go all day.

Becoming an unstoppable force requires a combination of speed and strength. Here I am doing high-speed sprints, landmine rotations for core power, and push presses for overhead strength.

Athletes need to move effectively in all directions. I train my clients to master all three planes of motion: sagittal (forward), frontal (sideways), and transverse (rotational) using drills like these box step-ups.

Explosive plyometrics are key for athletic performance. They get your heart rate up, strengthen bones and joints, and improve muscular strength and coordination. Here are some examples using a bench and medicine ball.

This is how you build single-leg strength and explosiveness. The workout includes broad jumps for horizontal power and various single-leg jumps on benches and boxes to ensure balanced, athletic strength.

Most trainers only work you in one direction, but true athleticism happens when you can accelerate and change direction instantly. If you are a fighter, basketball player, or sprinter, these drills are programmed to translate directly into performance, not just gym fatigue.

Being an athlete means you need to be ready for anything. I don't believe in generic routines. Whether we are doing depth jumps, trap bar deadlifts, or lateral skater squats, every movement has a purpose. We focus on the big three compound lifts to build your foundation, then layer on explosive plyometrics to sharpen your speed.
