About My Athletes in Action

When you see my athletes training, you aren't looking at standard gym exercises. You’re looking at deliberate movement—heavy barbell squats to build a powerful posterior chain, and explosive plyometrics for vertical force production. My clients, like national gold medalist Raja Chaudhary, train with total intensity because they understand that competition is won in the gym. We focus on mechanics and functional load so that when you step into the ring or on the field, your body is conditioned to perform, not just look good.

I don't believe in generic programs. True athletic performance comes from training specifically for the demands of your sport, whether that is MMA, basketball, or track.

The Training Philosophy

My approach is built on three pillars:

  1. Movement Planes: I design routines covering sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes. Most people only train forward and backward, but real athletes need to move in every direction safely and explosively.
  2. Bulletproofing: Getting stronger doesn't mean much if you’re injured. I integrate rehab and prehab protocols, focusing on hip mobility, knee stability, and joint health to keep you on the field, not on the bench.
  3. Intentional Intensity: Every session has a purpose. We use contrast training—pairing heavy compound lifts with explosive movements—to maximize power output for game day.

Where We Train

I operate out of Gold's Gym in Palam Vihar, Gurugram. If you are training for a sport or want to reach a high level of athletic conditioning, this is the environment I’ve created. We move fast, we track our 1RM, and we analyze video of every working set to fix your form before we increase the load.
