My Transformation Story: From Obese Teen to Fitness Coach
I was not always fit. I know exactly what it feels like to be the person no one picks for the team. This is the story of how I stopped waiting for the right time and started showing up.
This is my personal transformation. From an overweight, underconfident kid to the fit and driven coach I am today. My past is what fuels my empathy and understanding for every client I work with.
Cricket changed my life. As an obese teenager, I was told to lose weight before I could even play. That moment ignited my fitness journey and eventually led me to discover my passion for coaching others.
The change from "I'll start when the time is right" to "Let me start today" was the single biggest shift in my own journey. This video shows my transformation and the mindset that made it possible.
In my own fat loss journey, I underestimated two key factors: stress and walking. This video shows my progress once I started prioritizing sleep and daily activity, simple habits that make a huge difference.
About this collection
My coaching method is not derived from a glossy textbook. It is built on the exact, messy struggles I faced as an obese teenager who was told to just 'lose weight' by a coach who did not care. I do not provide generic plans because I know exactly how frustrating and isolating that feels when you are just starting out. I coach to bridge that gap between where you are and where you want to be, using the same habits that saved me.
When I first walked into a cricket academy as a teenager, I was the kid who could not last 10 minutes. The coach laughed, which hurt, but it was the reality check I needed. I did not have a roadmap. I just started running, lifting, and figuring out what actually works for a body like mine. That journey from being that underconfident teen to where I am now is the foundation of how I coach today.
I do not believe in magic powders or unsustainable gym grinds. I believe in small, consistent wins—fixing your sleep, managing stress, and moving daily. Whether you are a beginner or someone who has fallen off the wagon, I use these same principles to help you build a routine that actually fits your life.
We focus on:
- Real nutrition: Eating home-cooked meals like Roti and Dal, not just salads.
- Training for your life: Whether you have a gym or just a pair of dumbbells at home.
- Mindset: Breaking the 'all or nothing' cycle that makes you quit every time you miss a day.
No ego, no shortcuts, just practical steps to get you moving. If you are ready to show up, I am ready to help you navigate it.
