From "I wish I could be slim" to "I am living it." I have a family history of obesity, and I decided it had to end with me. This transformation wasn't just physical; it was about breaking a cycle and proving that we are stronger than we think.

From "I'll start from Monday" to "I did that." This transformation was built on four key pillars: a calorie deficit diet, 4 workouts a week, 10k steps daily, and 7 hours of quality sleep. No magic, just consistency.

This is what reversing your age looks like. Fitness isn't just about losing weight; it's about gaining energy, strength, and vitality. This journey has been tough, but the results are worth every single step.

From being a "fat person" to becoming my best self. This change didn't happen overnight. It was a journey of one step at a time, embracing change, and committing to my health.

In 2023, my body fat was higher and muscle mass was lower. In 2024, I weigh 2 kgs more, but I'm stronger and leaner. This shows that the scale doesn't tell the whole story. My focus shifted to building strength through consistent workouts and high protein intake.

How did I lose face fat? The secret is there's no secret. You can't spot-reduce fat. My face got leaner because I focused on reducing my overall body fat percentage through a consistent calorie deficit and a solid workout routine.

People used to say "Moti hai, kya hee kar legi" (She's fat, what can she do?). I let my actions and my transformation answer that question. The only person holding you back is you.

This is how my journey with hip thrusts started versus how it's going. From incorrect posture and low strength to improved form and lifting heavier. It's a powerful reminder that progress takes time, patience, and consistent effort.

About My Transformation: The Proof is Personal

Most people focus entirely on the scale, but the real secret to my transformation was tracking protein intake while still eating ghar ka khana, or home-cooked meals. I did not give up roti or dal. I simply learned how to portion them to keep my energy levels high without feeling deprived.

Looking back at my photos from when I was 90kg, I see someone who was stuck in a cycle of frustration. I tried the fad diets and the extreme restrictions, and they never lasted. The turning point came when I stopped treating fitness as a punishment and started seeing it as a privilege.

My approach is built on three pillars that kept me consistent for five years:

  1. Eating Real Food: I did not stop eating roti or dal. I learned how to manage portions. My diet plans are designed around the same Indian meals you grew up with, balanced for your specific calorie needs.
  2. Sustainable Movement: You do not need a fancy gym membership to start. I focus on workouts that fit your lifestyle, whether that means using resistance bands at home or finding 30 minutes in a busy day.
  3. Mindset Shift: When you struggle, do not quit. I teach you how to navigate life's interruptions, like weddings, travel, and family commitments, so you do not fall off the wagon every time things get busy.

Fitness is not about the scale. It is about how you feel when you wake up, the strength you gain, and the energy you have to show up for your family. Whether you are managing PCOS, navigating postpartum recovery, or just starting from zero, the principles remain the same. Consistency is the only magic that works.
