From "I'll start from Monday" to "I did that." This transformation was built on four key pillars: a calorie deficit diet, 4 workouts a week, 10k steps daily, and 7 hours of quality sleep. No magic, just consistency.

In 2023, my body fat was higher and muscle mass was lower. In 2024, I weigh 2 kgs more, but I'm stronger and leaner. This shows that the scale doesn't tell the whole story. My focus shifted to building strength through consistent workouts and high protein intake.

How did I lose face fat? The secret is there's no secret. You can't spot-reduce fat. My face got leaner because I focused on reducing my overall body fat percentage through a consistent calorie deficit and a solid workout routine.

People used to say "Moti hai, kya hee kar legi" (She's fat, what can she do?). I let my actions and my transformation answer that question. The only person holding you back is you.
