About this collection

When we set up our live grill, it is not just about the food. We bring a fully functional, life-size Jeep chassis right to your venue. We use real charcoal embers for that authentic smoky char you cannot get from a standard electric griddle, so your paneer tikka actually tastes like it came off a campfire.

Why We Use Real Charcoal

Most event caterers use electric or gas tandoors because they are cleaner and easier to manage, but you lose the depth of flavor. My team and I stick to real charcoal embers. It requires a dedicated 'grill master' to manage the heat and skewer rotation, but it gives our Paneer Tikka, Veg Seekh Kebab, and Tandoori Aloo that authentic, smoky bite that guests remember.

The Setup Matters

I believe catering is a performance. If you have guests standing around a boring metal box, they will grab their food and leave. Our Jeep chassis setup changes that dynamic. It becomes a focal point at any Bengaluru event, whether it is a lawn wedding at Palace Grounds or a corporate evening. We style the area with burlap sacks, stone grinders (chakki), and antique lamps to ground the experience in a rustic, desi aesthetic.
