About this collection

When we set up a live BBQ station, we aren't just reheating pre-cooked food. We bring portable charcoal grills and skewers to your venue, so your guests get their Sheekh or Malai kebabs hot off the fire. You should know that this requires adequate, well-ventilated space at your venue for the setup; we recommend positioning the grill area away from the main seating to keep the environment comfortable while still allowing guests to enjoy the live cooking.

There is a distinct difference between food served from a chafing dish and food cooked over hot coals. Our live grill counter is about the show as much as it is the taste. We arrive early to light the charcoal and prepare our station, ensuring the flames are just right before the first guest arrives.

We specialize in traditional North Indian and Mughlai starters. Our menu includes:
