We use custom-carved ice sculptures with integrated LED lighting to keep our hydroponic salads crisp throughout your entire event, paired with warm, crusty sourdough and French baguettes served alongside soups in heavy copper tureens. It is about maintaining the texture and serving temperature from the first guest to the last.
