Because these counters, like our wood-fired pizza or Kolkata-style puchka station, are designed as mini-shows, you need to ensure there is enough flow space around them. This lets your guests comfortably watch the chefs, chat about the ingredients, and pick up their food without crowding the main dining area.

  • Indian Street Food: We recreate the street vibe with Kolkata-style puchkas, served in miniature cast-iron skillets to keep them crisp and easy to handle.
