Our live stations are set up for performance as much as for taste. We use heavy-duty induction woks and charcoal grills behind glass-lid chafing dishes to keep the cooking process front and center. The Setup
We don't just put up a table. We bring professional induction woks, pasta boilers, and charcoal 'sigri' grills. This equipment allows us to manage heat precisely, ensuring that the stir-fry remains crisp and the paneer tikkas are properly charred, not just warmed through. Our chefs are trained to manage high-volume service while maintaining the presentation standards we have upheld since 1953.
