Classic Mughlai Buffet
Food Menu
- Welcome Drinks: 2 Varieties of soft beverages (Mocktails like Virgin Mojito or Fresh Lime Soda).
- Starters (4 Varieties):
- 2 Non-Veg: Classic Tandoori Chicken or Chicken Seekh Kebab, and Mutton Shami Kebab.
- 2 Veg: Paneer Tikka (Red or Yellow marinade) and Dahi Ke Sholay or Corn Kebabs.
- Service: Floating pass-around service for 60 to 90 minutes.
- Main Course (6 Dishes):
- Signature Dal: Dal Shikhara (Rich, creamy Dal Makhani).
- Non-Veg Main: Chicken Rogan Josh or Butter Chicken (Boneless).
- Veg Main: Paneer Lababdar or Palak Paneer.
- Dry Veg: Aloo Gobhi Adraki or Mixed Veg.
- Staples: Jeera Rice or Peas Pulao, and Assorted Bread Basket (Butter Naan, Lachha Paratha, Roti).

I love making sure you actually get to enjoy your party instead of worrying about the food. Whether it’s a Diwali blast with the whole khandaan (family) or an easy hangout, I’ll cook, set up, and make sure everyone’s plate is full.
Mughlai & Barbeque Are My Jam
If you’re after that real Mughlai food catering vibe or want smoky, spicy barbeque, I’ve got you. My menu’s built around mutton burrah, shami kebab, classic tandoori, and some mean dal makhani (Dal Shikhara). Paneer tikka and soya chaap for the veg folks, too.
Mix It Up: Beyond Just Desi
Your guests want more? No problem. I can do a live pasta station catering setup - chef flipping pasta right there. Fancy a continental touch? I throw in quinoa salads, cheese boards, and some bomb desserts (I’m talking chocolate tarts and macaroons). Sometimes I like to add quirky regional stuff too, like Rajasthani Junglee Maas.
Setup, Serveware, Style - Sorted
I bring the whole home party buffet setup - tablecloths, copper dishes, even pretty wooden platters. Plates, glasses, cutlery, all sorted. Presentation matters, so the food looks as good as it tastes. You’ll feel like you’re at a fancy shaadi (wedding) but at home.
