We’re all about giving you that real Mughlai and Barbeque experience, whether you’re after a fancy dinner out or just want to chill at home with some good grub. If your heart says "bhai, kuch spicy tandoori hona chahiye" (bro, need something spicy from the tandoor), you’ll find what you’re craving here.
What’s Cooking
- The menu is loaded with classic hits - juicy Tandoori Chicken, melt-in-your-mouth Shami and Seekh Kebabs, rich Dal Makhani, and our signature Dal Shikhara that’s slow-cooked and heavy on the cream.
- We don’t just stick to Delhi - there’s Rajasthani Junglee Maas (lamb that’ll wake up your tastebuds), Kashmiri Mutton Harissa (hard to find, but totally worth it), and Green Chili Malai Prawns from the Andamans.
- Vegetarians, we’ve got you covered too. Paneer Tikka, Paneer Makhani, Soya Chaap, plus stuff like Kashmiri Kesar Gucchi Pulao and Kerala Masala Arabi Chaap.
What We Stand For
- No jugaad (no shortcuts) when it comes to quality. We use A2 Cow Ghee for our special dishes, premium prawns, and even truffle when the dish calls for it.

My Story
At Shikhara, GK 1, food is our scene. The smell of tandoori chicken on the grill, creamy Dal Shikhara, that’s what makes us tick. We kicked this off to get those nawabi flavours on your plate, whether you’re chilling at home or throwing a big bash. Nothing beats watching someone dig into our Mutton Burrah or Keema Matar. We handle catering too, so you don’t have to sweat over food—just have fun.
