A Glimpse Into My Daily Movement Practice
Fitness isn't just about the hour on the mat; it's about the small habits that shape us. Here is a look at how I keep movement fun, real, and sustainable in my own life—and how you can, too.
Guru Purnima gratitude. This post is for you, my dear students. My heart is full.
Me every time someone says "yoga is not strength training." No rotis were harmed in the making of this reel!
Too busy to exercise? Here's me multitasking by getting a workout in while cooking. The sabzi turned out great!
What does growing old together look like? For us, it's being each other's biggest cheerleaders and gossip buddies for life.
Our weekend mood: working out together and having fun.

About this collection
People often ask how I stay consistent while balancing a career and family life. The secret isn't a magical routine, but finding moments to move anywhere. Whether it is sneaking in squats while checking the stove or turning a basic pose like Vrikshasana into a deep focus challenge, I believe movement should fit your life, not the other way around. My goal is to help you build those same sustainable habits—no gimmicks, just movement that actually feels good.
After 15 years in the corporate world, I know the weight of burnout. When I started my own path, I realised that fitness is not a chore to be ticked off a list. It is about understanding how your body moves and treating it with respect.
Moving Beyond the Fads
Too often, we look for 'quick fixes'—strict diets or hours of intense, unsustainable gym sessions. I don't believe in that. Whether we are doing functional mobility drills to fix desk-job stiffness or building core strength, my focus is on longevity. I teach you the 'why' behind the movement, because when you understand the mechanics, you become independent.
My Approach
- Functional Strength: We build power you can actually use in real life, whether that is carrying groceries or sitting through a long meeting without back pain.
- Mindful Yoga: It is not about turning into a contortionist. It is about pranayama for stress management and creating a connection between your breath and your actions.
- Playful Consistency: If movement isn't fun, you won't do it. I bring games, challenges, and a supportive community to keep the energy high.
Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to advance your practice, my sessions are about finding your own rhythm. I offer everything from 60-minute desk yoga sessions in Bangalore offices to intensive online group classes. You do not need to be a gym rat; you just need to be willing to start. Let's move, breathe, and get stronger, together.
