Nature here acts as your silent therapist. We designed the landscape to encourage a digital detox, with guided morning walks and bird-watching spots that allow you to ground yourself before your daily therapy sessions begin.
Many guests arrive carrying the weight of city life, but the environment at our Devanahalli retreat changes the recovery pace. Being just 15 minutes from the airport, we are close to the city but feel a world away. Our grounds host over 50 species of birds, including kingfishers and parakeets, whose morning songs accompany our sunrise yoga sessions. We encourage you to use these natural spaces as part of your healing. Whether you are observing a lotus blooming in our pond or walking through the hills during a free afternoon, these moments of stillness are essential to the detoxification process. We have intentionally kept the architecture and landscape open to allow the fresh air and silence to reach your living spaces. When you are not undergoing treatments like Abhyanga or Shirodhara, the landscape becomes a tool for mental restoration.
