About this collection
Medals are not given, they are earned on the mat through sweat and discipline. My training focuses on real-world combat scenarios and tournament rules, ensuring every student has the skills to compete at state and national levels. If you want your child to learn genuine self-defence and build a winning mindset, come train with us.
When you join my academy, you are not just getting a class. You are joining a team that knows how to win. My approach is rooted in the philosophy that hard work, or mehanat, is the only way to progress. Whether we are preparing for the Delhi State Championship or the Nationals in Lucknow, my students follow a rigorous syllabus.
Why Our Training Works
- Tournament Focus: We do not just train for fitness. We train for the mat. This includes electronic scoring awareness, tactical sparring, and conditioning drills that prepare kids for high-pressure competition environments.
- Technical Precision: We focus on both Kyorugi (sparring) and Poomsae (patterns). Every kick, block, and evasion is corrected until it becomes second nature.
- The Winning Mindset: Yes, my students like Naysha and Rohan are winning golds, but the real goal is resilience. Whether they bring home a trophy or learn a tough lesson in defeat, they grow stronger every single session.
- Facility Standards: My academy at Tughlakabad Extension uses 25mm EVA foam mats for shock absorption, providing a safe but intense space for combat practice. We run batch sizes of 12 to 20 students to ensure every fighter gets individual attention.
Who Is This For?
If your child is ready to step out of their comfort zone, this is the place. I work with kids as young as 5, building their focus, discipline, and practical self-defence skills from day one. We are a family, and we celebrate every victory together.
Sonu
I do not just coach Taekwondo, I build champions. I have inherited my work ethic from my family, and I push every student to find that same fire. When you join my academy, you become part of our family, and we work until we win.
