This is another demonstration of Eka Hasta Padma Mayurasana, a single hand arm balance. The Sanskrit shloka recited speaks to the importance of concentration (Dharana) and one pointed focus (Dhyanam) in achieving such a pose.

This is Vamanasana, a standing balance that involves lifting the leg straight up while maintaining an upright torso. It is an excellent posture for developing hamstring flexibility and balance.
