Wushu Coaching & Strength Training: My Path to National Gold
People look at medals and assume I am lucky. I see the thousands of hours of sparring, the early morning drills, and the years of discipline required to stand on that podium. My coaching brings that exact same commitment to every student who walks into my class.
From the training floor to the podium. This reel shows the cycle of dedication: practicing weapon forms in the dojo, which leads to the honor of receiving a medal for India.
I am honored to be recognized with an India Achievers Award in 2023. This award is a reflection of the hard work and dedication I pour into my craft and my students every day.

A look at the different facets of my life as an athlete and coach. From representing India in my official tracksuit to being interviewed about my passion, it's all part of the journey.
My personal transformation through the practice of Kung Fu. This journey has been about more than physical strength; it's about building confidence and finding enlightenment through discipline.
About The Proof: My Journey & Achievements
I do not believe in quick fixes. When you train with me, you are learning techniques I have refined through years of national and international competition, from basic stance work to advanced weapon forms. Whether you are an adult looking for functional strength or a parent wanting to instill discipline in your child, expect the same intensity I demand of myself.
My Philosophy: No Shortcuts
People often ask me about my journey, expecting a story about talent. It is not talent, it is work. My training program in JP Nagar 7th Phase and Whitefield is built on a simple foundation: consistency, correct alignment, and pure effort. We do not just exercise. We train.
The Training Methodology
My Wushu coaching focuses on compound movements for strength, agility drills for speed, and traditional forms for mental focus. For the younger students, the focus is on building respect, posture, and coordination. For adults, it is about functional power that translates to real-world fitness.
We utilize Olympic barbells for strength, but we do not ignore the power of bodyweight calisthenics. You will learn the importance of breathwork and how to keep your mind calm under pressure, just as I do during competition prep.
Why Train With Me?
Classes are kept in small groups because I believe in providing real-time feedback. If your form is off during a deadlift or a martial arts stance, I will correct it. If your energy is low, we push through it together. My gym is not for those looking to hide in the back of a class; it is for those who are ready to show up and work.
Jai Bharath. Come ready to sweat, learn, and grow.
