From a village mud court to winning gold for India, my life in Kabaddi is defined by discipline, hard work, and a relentless passion for the game.

My journey in Kabaddi started in a small village and took me to the world stage, winning an Asian Games gold medal for India. This video shows my story of 'mehnat' and 'junoon', from being a player to my current mission: mentoring the next generation of champion coaches.

This is how we train champions. Kabaddi is not just a sport, it is an education in courage and teamwork. In my mentorship program, I share the same drills and methods that I learned in international play, focusing on discipline and bringing out the champion within every player.

Receiving the Arjuna Award from the President of India was a defining moment in my career. This award represents years of hard work and dedication to Kabaddi, and it is the standard of excellence I bring to my coaching and mentorship.

This is the catch that helped win the gold medal for India at the 1998 Bangkok Asian Games. Moments like these are built on strategy, strength, and perfect timing, which are key principles I teach in my defensive skills training for coaches.

Kabaddi is a game of discipline. A coach's aggression destroys the spirit of the sport and sets a poor example for young players. I believe a coach's primary role is to provide direction and control emotions, a core topic we cover in my mentorship.

Here I am with the next generation of Kabaddi coaches selected for the NIS Diploma Course at the Sports Authority of India in Bengaluru. My goal is to help build a community of skilled coaches who will elevate the sport and prepare new champions for India.

This is where it all began, on the mud courts where I first learned the meaning of team spirit and victory. My journey from the 'gaon' to glory inspires my coaching, reminding me that with hard work, any player can achieve their dreams.

In my sessions, we move beyond basic drills. Whether you are correcting your toe touch technique or learning how to read defensive formations, I focus on the mechanics of weight distribution and reaction time. I do not just teach you how to play; I teach you how to manage the mental game, control aggression, and build the discipline required to transition from local matches to a professional level.
