A Glimpse Into My Martial Arts Training
People look at medals and think it is luck. It is not. It is sweat, discipline, and daily grinding. Here is what real training looks like in my dojo.
People say I'm lucky. This is a look at what my 'easy' and 'lucky' really look like. It's the result of relentless effort, from kettlebell workouts and intense Wushu forms to representing India on the world stage.
The journey begins with the first step. Here, I'm preparing a young student for Sanda training, wrapping her hands to protect them. It's about teaching proper technique and safety from day one.
Building real, functional power. This is me working on fundamentals with barbell back squats for lower body strength and plyometric box jumps to develop explosive power.
We make fitness engaging for our youngest members. Here, kids are developing coordination and speed through agility ladder drills and learning explosive movement with hurdle jumps.
This is the reality of my life. While I have moments outside the gym, 99 percent of my time is dedicated to the craft, whether it's practicing Wushu, pushing my limits with box jumps, or working on advanced flexibility.
Form is everything. This is a look at my focus on proper technique during a barbell lift, ensuring every movement is safe and effective for building foundational strength.
Conditioning is key to endurance. My training incorporates high intensity drills like heavy bag work for power and synchronized push ups to build upper body strength and discipline as a group.
About Featured
When you walk into my center, you won't find fancy machines or an ego-driven atmosphere. We focus on high-density EVA foam mats and authentic compound movements to build strength that lasts. Whether we are doing deadlifts or Sanda sparring, the goal is always functional, real-world power that carries over to your daily life.
I do not believe in shortcuts or quick fixes. My sessions are built on the principles of Wushu and Kung Fu, where your mind must lead your fist. Whether you are an adult seeking functional strength or a parent wanting to build discipline in your child, my approach remains the same: consistent, hard work.
My training blends strength and conditioning with traditional martial arts. We move beyond simple gym lifts. Expect plyometrics, agility drills on ladders, and complex mobility flows that protect your joints while increasing your power. For the kids, we focus on dojo etiquette and breathwork, creating little warriors who respect the craft.
We operate out of JP Nagar 7th Phase and Whitefield, but my reach spans across Bangalore for those truly committed to the journey. If you are looking for a sanitized, corporate gym experience, this is not it. This is a place for those who want to learn, sweat, and evolve. Come prepared to work, leave the excuses at the door, and join us for authentic martial arts coaching and Sanda sparring. Let us build your fitness, one session at a time. Jai Bharath.
