About Young Warriors: Discipline & Strength for Kids
I run these sessions on high-density 25mm EVA foam mats, so we can push for explosive power and jumps without worrying about joint impact. Every class balances intensity with strict dojo etiquette—your child will learn to respect the training, the space, and their own growth.
Building Mind and Body
I don't believe in quick fixes for children. True athletic development is a slow burn. In my Young Warriors program, I focus on laying a foundation that lasts. We don't just jump around; we use purposeful movement patterns to build a body that is coordinated, strong, and injury-resistant.
What We Train
- Agility & Coordination: We use ladder drills and cone weaving to improve footwork speed. It’s not about running fast; it’s about moving with intent.
- Explosive Power: Using plyometrics like hurdle jumps and bodyweight work, we build power from the ground up.
- Mobility & Breath: Flexibility is the partner of strength. We practice mobility flows and breathwork to manage stress and keep muscles healthy.
- Discipline: The dojo is a classroom. I teach kids the value of punctuality, respect, and holding their form. This isn't just sport; it's character building.
The Setup
My training center in JP Nagar 7th Phase is equipped with the right tools for this. Whether it’s barbells for older teens or bodyweight calisthenics for the little ones, everything is designed to be progressive. I provide real-time feedback during every session because bad habits formed early are hard to fix. If you want your child to learn how to work hard, focus on their craft, and get strong the right way, this is where they belong.
