I’m Shailja, and I’ve been living and breathing rhythmic gymnastics since I was 3. Whether you’re looking to master your first cartwheel or compete at the national level, we’ll build your strength and grace together.

Grace and posture are essential. We incorporate fundamental ballet techniques into our training to refine arm movements, improve body lines, and develop the elegance that defines a rhythmic gymnast.
